Flexibility Training

Flexibility is the normal extensibility of all soft tissues such as static stretching, active stretching, and dynamic stretching. Flexibility is the ability to move joints or muscles through their full-range of motion. Flexibility is one of the components of physical fitness. Stretching increases flexibility and helps to prevent injuries.

I began working with Binaya because I had grown tired of spending time at the gym without ever seeing results.
