Regular physical activity helps you to reduce the risk of heart diseases, cancer, stroke, high blood pressure, diabetics, osteoporosis and weight loss. It also helps to ease stress.
Good physical exercise and healthy eating habits are important for a healthy life style. Exercise not only strengths your body and helps you release toxins, it facilitates nutrition metabolism and give your body the opportunity to maximize the impact of all those healthy nutrition you give it.
I began working with Binaya because I had grown tired of spending time at the gym without ever seeing results. What I came away with after training with Binaya was much larger awareness of fitness, health, and exercises in addition to motivating results. Binaya put together weekly training sessions that focused on trouble areas as well as providing an overall shaping and definition to my entire body. I learned the importance of stretching, core workouts, and cardio interspersed with strength training. These lessons have helped me make healthier long term goals for my life. I continue to see Binaya and train with him multiple times throughout the year and for pure motivation. I have been able to take many of the exercises and goals to the gym and use them by myself, supplementing my workouts when I'm not training with Binaya. The strength I've gained isn't only seen at the gym or during a long run but in all elements of my life. Binaya taught me a strong core makes all other exercise and daily activities easier! His lessons and training have been invaluable.
