Binaya Shakya

I’ve been working as a fitness trainer since 2005. I believe that all health and fitness is rooted in proper foundation of core strength and muscular flexibility. The part of my job that I find rewarding is seeing my clients not only improve their fitness, but also gain self confidence as their bodies change.

Life, stress, work, family can disrupt anyone from a healthy lifestyle pattern. The important thing is to get back on track as quickly as you can. Even small changes in diet and exercise can make a difference in overall health. Remember that nutrition matters. Fitness works. Diet and exercise both are important if you want to be healthy and fit.
